PERIYAR TIGER RESERVE Thekkady (45 Kms)

Thekkady is one of the finest wildlife reserves in India, spread across the entire reserve are picturesque plantations and hill towns that hold great opportunities for jungle treks and view of wild animals including elephants ,and a rich variety of rare flora and fauna. It spreads across an area of 777 sq Km, and having a population of 1965 flowering plants ,265 Species of Birds ,35 species of mammals Reptiles, Fishes and more.

KUTTIKKANAM AND PEERMADE(18 Kms)

The picturesque plantation town washed by the fragrance of spices and pepper ,surrounded by tea plantations and lofty mountain peaks, waterfalls and mist. An must visit spot is the palace of the Travancore Maharajas. Known as Kerala‘s Ooty ,the climate is always pleasant here and is an ideal spot for a visit.
